Do you offer in person or virtual sessions?
YES! Social work sessions can happen at our London center or virtually. I want to meet with you wherever it is most comfortable for you and your family. Please note that we unfortunately do not offer sessions in Woodstock location, but are happy to provide virtual services for families in Woodstock.
What do social work sessions cost and what forms of payment do you accept?
Social work sessions can be 30-minutes or 50-minutes long and are either $65 or $130 per session. We do accept credit card and do direct billing for select insurance companies.
Do you do direct billing for insurance or OAP funding?
Yes! We are able to directly bill for select insurance companies. Please reach out to us to see if your insurance company is covered. If your company is not covered you will be required to pay for services up front and then submit your claim to insurance on your own.

What happens if I miss or cancel my appointment?
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you’ve cancelled within 24-hours of your session you will be charged the full session amount. Of course, I know that life happens, so if you’re unable to make your appointment or have concerns please reach out!
Do I or my child need to have a physician’s note or diagnosis to start therapy?
No, a diagnosis or physician’s note is not necessary to start or continue with social work sessions.
